Una with her her Vovô (grandpa), her tio (uncle), her Poppy (grandpa), and her Vovó (grandma) .. soon we'll have photos of her Grannie and Great Uncle too!
Una was christened at the Catholic church here in Itabirinha in a gorgeous hand-stitched and hand-embroidered dress. Her god-parents Kim and Nick came all the way from London for the christening.

Una and Dr Ione, who delivered her + Una and her mummy!
We all attended the mayor's annual May 1st (international worker's day) bbq at his farm. Una 'won' a gold medal and is pictured with her friends Laetícia (standingwith her) and Sofía.
The ladies from the Prebyterian church came over on Sunday and made a 'culto' for Una - which is a Brazilian tradition when a baby is born. Will's family is Catholic, but our good friend Darquinha and her family are Presbyterian, so asked if they could come and give her their blessings. It was really interesting and quite lovely - they sangs songs to our little possum and gave us flowers and prayers. The little boy is Rinaldo Junior, who also attended the culto & who is one of Una's 'boyfriends'. He was born 4 months before she was.
